Hilario Tanakeyowma

 Hilario Tanakeyowma is our Board President! He is an enrolled member of the Hopi Tribe, was born in Arizona and grew up in Flagstaff. With over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, Hilario has dedicated his career to serving and protecting communities across Arizona.


He began his law enforcement journey in 1994 with the Hopi Tribe before transitioning to the Gila River Police Department. During his tenure there, he held various roles, from patrol officer to Commander of Criminal Investigations. Hilario later joined the Quartzsite Police Department and currently serves as the Chief of Police for the Tonto Apache Police Department.


Hilario is married to his supportive wife, Gina, who shares his passion for community and family. Together, they are committed to uplifting Native American communities and mentoring the next generation of leaders.


A strong advocate for empowering Native American youth, Hilario is dedicated to mentorship programs that inspire young people to become future leaders in their communities. He is also furthering his leadership skills by attending the Arizona Center for Rural Leadership.

 Amanda Rudd is the Director of the 554 Foundation. Her and Mike Rudd were married just days before his tragic death in the line of duty. Her goal in starting the foundation was to keep Rudd’s memory alive while making the world a better place- just like he did. She wanted to continue the work he started, helping others and making a real difference in the world. She also serves with the Speaker Cohort at the Gary Sinise Foundation.


A full-time student at Arizona State University, Amanda is studying Human Development and Family Studies. She has lived in Parker, Arizona, most of her life and is a proud mother of three. Outside of her professional and academic commitments, 


Amanda enjoys backpacking, reading, and sleeping in whenever she gets the chance.

Duce Minor is our secretary!  In 1978 Duce moved to Parker to open a business and has been there eve

 Duce Minor is our secretary! He grew up in Southern California, but always enjoyed trips to the river in Parker, Arizona. In 1978 Duce moved to Parker to open a business and has been there ever since. 


Duce served on the Parker Unified School Board from 1985 to 1992 and served one term as a La Paz County Supervisor from 1989 to 1992. He served as President of both the Arizona School Boards Association (1991) and the County Supervisors Association (1992). After leaving public office Duce helped start a Non-Profit Organization (PAACE) in Parker working to prevent substance abuse among youth. Duce served as Executive Director of the organization for over 20 years before he went back into County Government as a Supervisor in 2017.  


Duce has been an active member of the Parker Rotary Club for 35 years and served as a District Governor in 2013-2014. Duce and his wife Tammy have been married for 42 years, they have four children, ten grandchildren, and ten bonus grandchildren. Duce says he is living his dream life every day. Duce represents La Paz County District 2.

FUN FACT- Duce was Amanda's unofficial wingman in introducing her to Mike- which led to him to officiate their wedding

Randy Hartless is the Vice President for the 554 Foundation. Randy has a Master’s degree in English

 Randy Hartless is the Vice President for the 554 Foundation. Randy has a master’s degree in English and a BS degree in Public Administration. 


Randy is the Associate Dean for the Arizona Western College La Paz Campuses. He is also the Mayor of Parker. He has served on the Parker Town Council since 2017, and he served as a member of the Parker Unified School District Governing Board for 16 years. 


Randy moved to Parker in 1990 with his wife, Vivian and their three children. Randy and Vivian have fostered 9 children since 2018. 


He has served on numerous boards that support the Parker/La Paz County communities and he's a strong supporter of law enforcement.

 Amanda McKay is the Treasurer for the 554 Foundation. With a master's degree in business and experience as the Community Relations Director at La Paz Regional Hospital, Amanda brings financial expertise and a strong commitment to community service. 


She has lived in Parker for six years, where she met her husband, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact through her work on the board to support the 554 Foundation's mission
